1. Introduction 
Welcome and thanks for using our services ("Services"). The services are provided by The Institute of Science Disruption ("We" or "The Institute"). By using our Services you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

 

2. Using our Services
You may only use the Content and Services according to the terms of use. You are not allowed to use them in any other way unless you got a written confirmation from The Institute, and according to the term of this confirmation.

 

  • You may use the Services for personal purposes only. You are not allowed to copy or let others copy or use in any other way any of the Content, including in websites, digital or print publications etc., for any purpose, either commercial or not, which is not for personal and private use.

  • You are not allowed to use or allow any software or computerized tool, including crawlers, robots etc., to search, scan, copy or extract content from The Institute’s website. You are not allowed to create or use such means to make a collection or pool that includes contents from The Institute’s services.

  • You are not allowed to show the Content in any frame, explicit or hidden. 

 

3. Registration and Communication with the Institute

When you send emails to us or register to this website, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

 

If you decide to register to our website you agree to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. During the registration you may be asked to provide personal details, such as an active email address and a name. You must provide accurate and full details, and you hereby confirm that the details you provided are true. Inaccurate or false details may prevent you from using our services, and we may not be able to contact you.

 

The details you provided during the registration process will be stored in The Institute’s database. You are not obliged by law to provide these details, yet without providing them you will not be able to use the service to which you registered. The Institute will only use the personal details you provided according to its Privacy Policy, which is also part of this agreement. 

 

The Institute may block your access to the Services on its sole discretion. The Institute may also cancel your registration or block your access to the Services in any of the following cases:

  • During registration you intentionally provided false details. 

  • Your actions or misuse harm or may harm The Institute or any third party, including other users, employees, business partners or suppliers of The Institute.

  • You use our services to commit or try to commit illegal act, or an act that may appear to be illegal, or to help or facilitate such acts.

 

4. Submission of Unsolicited Ideas and Materials

The Institute makes no assurances that unsolicited ideas and materials that you send us will be treated as confidential or proprietary. This may refer to responses to our crowdsourcing campaigns, answers to a website form, sending comments, or sending an email to the Institute or any of its employees. Please note our policy to avoid any misunderstandings and disputes.

 

5. Communications on our website

Visitors may submit reviews, suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information concerning website content, so long as the submission is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam.” You may not use a false email address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of the content.

 

If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant The Institute and its affiliates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant The Institute and its affiliates and sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify The Institutee or its affiliates for all claims resulting from content you supply. The Institute has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. The Institute takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.

 

By visiting sections of the website that contain user-submitted content, you acknowledge and understand that the opinions posted are solely those of the authors and not of The Institute, their employees or affiliates.

This agreement between you and The Institute is governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel, with the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Tel Aviv, Israel.
